Me and my bf has been dating since 2018. We took a break after 6 months because he was grieving a family member and just couldn’t handle. So technically we have been together for 1 yr and 9 months. So When I got back together with him, we decided to take things slow. Well he recently spoke to me about sex by Asking me if I’m going to be celibate until I get married. I told him I am going to have sex when I feel I’m ready and that I’m taking things slow. And ask when I think I will be ready which I said I don’t know when. Personally, told him we as a couple are not ready because we still have things that we need to work on like our emotional connection. We have a good emotional connection, but I just want to make sure that’s rock solid. When we were dating back in 2018, we never had sex. We gotten close, but not have sex.
