Anyone elses breasts hurt but still pregnant?

Im 38 weeks and my breasts are leaking and hurting which makes me think maybe labor is really soon. Im getting induced in 10 days if she doesnt come on her own but with this Im wondering I might not be getting induced.

Unfortunately it just means your Pregnant it doesn't mean labor is happening sooner or anything. Just hormones

Not hurting but my boobs have been firming up like they’re filling with milk and engorged. Don’t know if I just didn’t notice what engorgement looked like with my first or if this is a sign.
