So in a week my 4 year old daughter will be having dental surgery done they informed me it will take 3 hours I also have a 10 month old baby at home so I’m not able to take him when we go when appointments or things like this come up I usually ask my mother in law to watch him since she lives 4 houses away from us .

He dose really good at her house he’s use to it my idea was I drop him off there then go to the appointment.

But my mom who lives 30 mins away I told her about my daughters appointment how she’s getting dental work done she said oh I’ll request that day off to watch the baby for u I didn’t want to seem mean and say no but my son isn’t close with my mom she hardly sees him he cries with her it’s her own fault she never comes to visit us and when I do go over she’s not there or at work or something so my baby doesn’t really like her 😥 .

My moms idea is for her to get dropped off at my house at 5 am because she doesn’t drive my dad would drop her off when he goes to work so I’ll have to wake up at 5 am to open the door and make her coffee etc then she would be here to watch my son when it’s time for my daughters appointment I honestly think it’s doing to much but I should appreciate she wants to watch him what do u moms think ?? I just feel I’m be scared already with my daughters surgery then be thinking my sons crying at home because he’s not comfortable with my mom idk ?
