Potty training almost 3yo girl

I started potty training at about 18 months and it worked great she was almost fully potty trained but the daycare wasn’t taking her to the bathroom with the older kids so I stopped til I knew they would. Now that they will, she’s not telling me when she has to pee or poop. She’ll be 3 next month I’m pregnant w my second and I really want her out of pull ups before he’s here. I tried a sticker chart & m&ms but that only kind of worked for 2 days only pee no poop. I’m just at a loss right now I’m not sure what else to do. I also tried no pull ups just panties and she makes a mess which is hard to clean because this pregnancy makes it hard for me to move. I just need help or advice I’m not sure what to do anymore its very discouraging 😩
