What is the state of your house right now?

Everyone says because I have a toddler I shouldn't care if the house is messy but I just can't. It gives me such anxiety and makes my skin crawl? But it is always messy because baby gets into everything. You see all the social media moms with spotless houses and I can't keep up. This group is as real as it gets so Please tell me I'm not the only one that doesn't have a spotless house all the time.

Social media fakers definitely have cleaners...!!! I clean like every hour (it feels like) and it’s still a mess 🙇🏼‍♀️ my husband rarely helps so that adds to it.

Mines disgusting. Literally the kitchen is so gross. Our tiles are so hard to clean so the whole kitchen has stains all over the floor. We live in a trailer and have 3 cats so there’s hair literally everywhere. The cat litter is always nasty because we barely have room for their cat litter boxes so we can only have 2 litter boxes. My child destroys the living room in 2 seconds. My bedroom has clothes everywhere. I can’t stand itttt. I don’t have the motivation to clean since my fiancé doesnt have motivation.

Cleaning with kids is like cleaning with dirt. We pick up and clean the kitchen daily. After breakfast everyday it’s a disaster. I could steam mop my floor daily but I do it weekly. I had the same conversation with a friend recently because I feel like my house is a disaster 24/7! I guess it’s technically clean, but there are toys/art supplies/cups/dog toys laying around all the time. It all gets picked up daily but I would feel embarrassed if someone stopped by unannounced before bedtime. My hubby and I pick up when those little tornadoes are in bed.

Baby being priority, my house is not always super tidy. I can't function well (be happy) in a messy place so am cleaning all day and still, it ain't as spotless as I want it to be. On days/weeks when I have other things to do other than household and baby, my house looks like a pig sty. The only tidy places in my home now are by bedroom and bathroom.  Am embracing the new normal.  God knows I try.

My house is cluttered to the point I don’t want company over but it’s clean enough where I can let my son run around without worrying he’s going to choke on something or stick something nasty in his mouth

I duno about spotless..... but somewhere between spotless and messy I would say! The dishes are surprisingly clean, I vacuumed, but there are always toys scattered about because why clean them up, when 2 seconds later they are thrown around again?!🤷‍♀️😆

Depends on the room, although every room has turned into a playroom so there is stuff everywhere! 
The playroom is generally a lost cause, it only gets cleaned the night before the cleaner comes so she doesn’t think we are complete messes. We try to clean up the other rooms in the house every night like the kitchen, living room, and whatever room he decides to scatter his toys in.

The current state of my basement right now 🤣🤷‍♀️

My kitchen is bad right now too. 
I clean every single day but between my baby and my husband and 2 dogs it gets destroyed in 5 minutes. 
One thing that helps is at daycare they're teaching my son to clean up, so every night before we put him to bed I have him help me put all his toys away 😊

I vacuumed and shampooed the carpets today but you can't tell! Madeleine throws all the pillows from the couch and her room in the middle of the floor to jump on.

It not spotless but right now it's not messy either...its 7:10pm here and june baby is in bed and my eldest is snuggled up having down time BUT if you'd of asked me an hour ago, although my house is 'clean' (I love to have a clean but its not possible for it to be spotless with a 4 year old, 1 year old, a dog and a husband 🙄) it looked like an explosion of toys happened right in the middle of my house 🤷🏼‍♀️
