Can Braxton Hicks be in one spot
So for a few weeks I have had a pain in my belly that comes and goes. It will be like a Charlie horse kind of but not that painful and only lasts a few seconds at a time. Feels kind of like a tightening. Could these be Braxton Hicks if I’m only feeling them in like one spot at a time and not all over? Or what else could it be? I’m 31 weeks pregnant
