My son has 6 teeth. Not counting the 2 coming out on the top and 1 on the bottom. Usually his teeth come out at night. But today when I was feeding him, I noticed a red dot on the tooth that was coming out. It's not fully out but you can see the white. I thought it was a strawberry but I wiped and it was blood. It wasn't excessive and it was just a tiny dot. Is this normal?
