Pretty sure I had a miscarriage

So I haven't had a period in about 3 in a half months i did take two pregnancy tests that were positive but they were faint so with that i didnt know how far along i actually was my cycles are irregular before i took these tests or before i found out that i was pregnant i was having periods every month on time at least every 30 to 35 days letting you know this photos is very shocking cause i had people say that's not a baby which I'm pretty sure it was with the size of it and what not DO NOT COME ON HERE BASHING ME OR BEING RUDE I WILL NOT TOLERATE IT I'm already upset as it is I dont need anyone treating me like crap 💔
