Is this normal

I’m 32 weeks 4days and I just went to toilet after going 20mins ago and found this on a pad is this normal or should I be worried I’ve being getting really bad back pain and some pains in my lower stomach was thinking it was just braxton hicks I’m ftm so I’m very unsure
