My husband and I have been TTC since April. I missed my period this month and took a pregnancy test about 7 days after my missed period. The test came back negative. I’ve been nauseated and cramping some this past week. Today marks me being 2 weeks late. Debating taking another test this afternoon. How far along do you have to be for the test to detect the hormone? I’m 29, never been on birth control, and my periods have never been irregular or off by more than a day or two.
