Ovulation Bleeding

Who experiences this? My obgyn put me on a high dose of medication to assist with ovulation. According to my opk, I should've ovulated yesterday or today. My temp was high this morning, so I guess I ovulated yesterday (maybe? I'm new to bbt). Today, I was and still am very, very crampy, and I've been spotting a light amount of blood. (Totally sucked cuz I was at work and had no pantyliner, so had to wrap toilet paper around my underwear, ugh) Still feeling cramps now but not as bad as this morning. Does this possibly mean I'm ovulating today? We've been BDing every other day. With the cramps I'm having, I really don't want to today since we did last night and Saturday because I felt ovulation was close, but will in order to cover my bases.
