Does your baby often have congestion?

My baby boy had a little cold at 1 month old (congestion, cough, sneezing) which scared me and the doctor seemed a little concerned considering he was so young but when I brought him in they couldn’t even tell he was sick. Since then he’s always had a little congestion, I use Saline and suction a couple times a week. But for the last 3 weeks he and i both have had so much congestion (his is worse I guess bc of his tiny nose and nasal passages). Not terrible but he snorts and snores sometimes, I can never suck anything out even tho i try but I do use saline and a humidifier. 

Anyways, 2 out of 3 of my siblings do have asthma so i always worry that that’s why he’s congested so much. I’m just wondering if anyone else has this problem with their baby?
