Ovulating soon??

Cycle day 12 today and in my past cycles I ovulated on cd 16. I didn’t ovulate last month at all and I’ve been taking vitex this month and have noticed massive changes for the better!! We bd the last 2 nights. I wanted to rest tonight for his sperm to build back up but it seems positive so I want to be again but I want the best sperm possible! What should I do?
