Endocrinologist visit
My endoc said to continue taking levothyroxine meds. I asked if I need to make changes to my diet and he said no. Mine is a mild case. I have a doubt if the tsh levels will go down just by taking meds alone ? Or will restricting my diet and taking levo help bring down the tsh levels faster and better ?
