Help Sleeping
I have a 16 week old that has never slept more than four hours straight. Some nights he wakes up almost every hour. I work 7am-3pm and if I don’t get some effing sleep I think I’m going to have a breakdown. Any suggestions ladies? Anything. Seriously, I cannot possibly convey the amount of desperation I feel in this post.
