TMI implantation bleeding or period ?

Is this implantation bleeding or period ? With my 2 other kids I had it but not a lot . Idk about this and I’m not yet bleeding like my period would also I’m about a month an 3 days late on my period and I did take 2 pregnancy test about 3 days ago

and they came out negative
