What’s Going On ?!?

Okay, so my period is normally VERY regular. I mean down to it waking me up around 8-10am and being very polite about coming down. My period is supposed to come today but nothing.. not even spotting. I’m experiencing cramps as if I was to get my period. But again .. nothing. I’m also experiencing hot flashes and tender breast. Am I pregnant ? I took a test last week and it read negative. But maybe it was because I took it too soon ?!? Idk. My body is acting unusual and I’m so confused.
