Yup and I love it! Left a great career in finance and don’t regret it one bit. I am also super fortunate my husband does v well and we didn’t need to have a lifestyle change in order for me to stop working which made the decision a no brainer.

I could be a SAHM but I choose not to be. I worked really hard to have the profession I have. I love what I do. I also need to feel like I’m contributing to society and that I am more than just a mom. Plus, whatever I make is my play money. I have always been very independent and even though I am married and my hubby takes good care of me I still like to know I have my money. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I work. I have to. But I also work 30hrs/week over 4 days. And she’s watched by my mom M/Tu, my husband on W and my MIL on TH. So it works out well.

I’m a nurse, and went PRN after having my son. I haven’t been in to work though since February. I’m currently staying home and working on my doctorate. I always thought I wanted to be a SAHM, but it turns out it’s really not for me.

I’ve been a stay at home mom for 4.5 years now. I’m a certified teacher not planning to go back, I plan to homeschool.

I am at home working remotely since our office isn’t open but I work full time. This is our first child. If we have even one more I will probably be a SAHM until the last one goes to school, then go back to working.

I am currently a stay at home mum but I start a new job in a nursery next week. I’m very lucky though, it’s only mornings or afternoons and it’s term time only. The biggest bonus is that I will be taking my little boy with me and he will he in the same room as me. If this job hadn’t of come up I think I would have been a stay at home mum for a little bit longer.

I work from home full time ever since my oldest (now 3) was a baby. It's a lot harder to do with two! Right now my husband is unemployed so he helps a lot.

The plan was always for me to stay home with him for a minimum of a couple years (and by then we will most likely have another). Neither one of us is very comfortable putting him in daycare as an infant, plus I hate the idea of anyone spending more of his day with him than I get to. We also live in an area where good daycares are pretty expensive, so the cost compared to the "extra" I would bring home by working after paying for it just isn't worth it for us.
