Low heart rate

Hello

I’m 6 weeks 6 days. I had an ultrasound last week and everything looked good, I went back today for another ultrasound and the dr said baby is measuring perfectly, sac looks good, yolk looks good. I’m measuring right for a due date in April

But babies heart rate was 92. She said normally for this time frame is 90-110 but since it was 92 she did say she is concerned and kind of prepared me for a miscarriage. I go back next week.

Anyone have this happen with a positive outcome? I’m trying not to worry about it but I can’t stop thinking about it.
