Shampoo&conditioner recommendations ???

Hello, I need some help. A couple months ago I got tied into this pyramid scheme that sells shampoo and conditioners and I’ve only been using their brand for about 5 months now and it hasn’t helped at all. I had naturally curly hair but it’s very damaged due to the amount of heat I’ve put in it. I like to style my hair curly and also straight but I can’t seem to find any shampoo or conditioner that would help with frizz and all that. I’ve tried to do so much research but I can’t seem to find anything. What shampoo&conditioner has benefitted you most? Please help a girl out :)
