D&C after a misscarage

Hi everyone I had a question about D&C! Have anyone had any complications with having a D&C especially a repeat D&C after the fist one! My doctor had to do me a repeat D&C because my HCG Level where at 30 after 2 months of my D&C and thought it was best to do a second D&C and now I’m afraid to have complications on getting pregnant 🤰 so if any of you mommy been in the same boat 🚣‍♀️ tell me how things turned out for you guys!
