Dilemma! Please read

Sooo I just found out today that I am pregnant. My son turns one on August 30th and we are having family over for a small party. I plan on telling my husband tomorrow (since tests should be darker by then) but my question is this: should I tell my family on my son’s birthday?

I only ask because when I got pregnant with my son, it was around week five that I got hit with hyperemesis gravidarum and I’m scared I’ll have it again. If I do, I don’t want them finding out bevause I’m super sick. I’d rather tell them when I’m healthy. But hubby wants to wait until our first appointment and a large part of me agrees with him.

Ugh! What would you do?
