Horrible Ovulation

Does anyone else go through this? I’m on the Modena IUD and I still have a year and a half left until it expires. The past 6 months I’ve been getting my period every month and they’ve only progressively been getting worse.

I didn’t start my period yet, maybe in a couple of days but I am exhausted, have body aches, acne, tender breasts etc. I spoke to my doc and he ask if I’m pregnant but I’ve been abstinent so it’s not possible. He scheduled an ultrasound for me on Friday to see if the IUD is still in place. Anyone else experience this? 🙁
