Yesterday, my SO came inside me and I was ovulating. Today I took the morning after pill. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant after?

Plan B is not effective once you are ovulating. Honestly you shouldn’t have even taken it because it’ll do nothing but screw up your body for a while. 
Please start using condoms or birth control or both to prevent pregnancy not relying on a pill that’ll do more harm than good.
