How to prevent Flat spot as well as Suffocation ?

I’m looking now into options for a baby pillow and I see a lot of good options however then it dawned on me I can’t have the baby roll over and risking it suffocating on the pillow . So I need a solution for that too... so maybe a 2 In 1 kinda thing or separate items that will prevent the head flat spot as well as not posing a risk of suffocation at the same time.

Pillows aren’t safe for children under 18months. To prevent a flat spot do more tummy time. This can be in your lap or on your chest.
