Nightly cravings?!

Anyone else feel insanely thirsty only at night?!? I keep my yeti cup on my nightstand and wake up multiple times to fill it up just so I can finish it in one sitting 😂😂😂 my daughter seems to make me CRAVE water at night

Try to drink more during the day it should help those night cravings. But yes I get the same thing. Water water water

Yes, lots of midnight water and milk here and there.  Just gulp it down and it’s so good my eye water 😂

I drink about 120oz during the day an still thirst at night I feel this to my core ... my mom thought it was sugar issues but my sugars are pretty much stable sept for when I don’t eat then they go low so def not a sugar issue my body is just craving water

Every night before bed I’m dying of thirst. And it sucks because then I have to pee 900 times throughout the night lol and I live in the desert so I’m constantly drinking water, but pregnant I thirst is so different haha
