High levels of testosterone, prescribed spironolactone

Last week my doctor suggested for me to do a hormone test bc my husband and I have been ttc for three years since our miscarriage. My results came back and my testosterone levels were high. So she prescribed me spironolactone, which I just started taking 3 days ago. My doctor said it was safe to keep trying to conceive while I'm on it. I'm still trying to research on this stuff bc on this app I've seen some women say "it's not safe" while trying to conceive. But has anyone taken it and was able to conceive and it stick? I'm not looking for acne advice, just mostly conceiving info, I really want my rainbow baby😭
