Baby congested 😢

So what is everyone doing when the their babes get congested and/or develop a cough during this weird time? I’m pretty sure she is getting all of her 1 year molars at one time. But that being said... are your docs still seeing them or are they making them get tested. She just developed a low grade fever last night. This is what prompted me to ask. She has barely slept and she is usually a great sleeper. Any advice?? Is there anything I can do or give her? I have been giving her Tylenol, using essential oils, and a cool mist diffuser in her room.
