Anyone hit the 4 month sleep regression already?
My 14 & 1/2 week old usually sleeps 8p-6a with little problem. The past couple days I’ve noticed her night sleep is much lighter. Last night she woke up about 3am and didn’t go back to sleep until around 4am. Wondering if this is the sleep regression starting early, or just a bad random night or because she starts leap 4 in a day or so 🤷🏻♀️ now that I’ve consistently had a full nights sleep I don’t want to lose it & I go back to work in 2 weeks.
Anyone have good tips/tricks/words of wisdom
