Scared
I need to get this off my back with others that might understand.
4 years ago I had back surgery at the age of 18 due to harinated disk above the tailbone that was most likely due to something from my childhood as a very young age, maybe toddler or preschool age. And in February this year I started back nerve shots to numb them so I can work without too much numbing bown my legs and in my toes everyday. I just recently had my 2nd shots, and it didn't work, I had it done 2 weeks ago and im getting more numbing in my toes and pain. I'm told that if the shots don't work ill have surgery again since the disk is bulging again, but this time bigger than before. I may not be able to work and I will have to possibly be wheelchair bound if I want kids. I do want kids and I want to work, but being in constant pain and numbing isn't good for what I've got. And I've been occasionally getting weakness in my legs where I don't feel like I can stand or walk on my own without support. I'm so scared to have the surgery since its fusing metal plates to 2 disks to prevent more bulging between them
