Worried and concerned

So On tuesday 8/25 I was having abdominal pain and then started to bleed so I passed 1 blood clot and that was it I then started to bleed just like drips of blood so I laid down with a pad on I didnt soak up the pad but was still in pain and still up until today its light bleeding but not soaking up pads the dr said to come to the er if I am soaking up pads back to back within a certain time frame or experience light headed or dizziness which I’m not at all but I’m concerned and my first initial prenatal appointment is 9/9 and im not sure what to do but I hate not knowing is frustrating but I will be calling again today im not in pain or nothing today
