Confused 😞

I had a chemical pregnancy this month, started bleeding on the 11th and stopped on 17th extremely heavy bleeding and scan and blood tests confirmed pregnancy was gone. I then had some light spotting (not enough for a pad or tampon or anything only when I wiped) from 21st - 25th. My right breast has become slightly sensitive and I was sick this morning and had the urge for a nap (I never nap) so I thought what the hell il do a test ( I’m a poas addict and had one left over from last cycle) and I’ve got this??? How is this possible surely I can’t be pregnant again already? Has anyone had this or can shed some light into what happened with them after a chemical pregnancy.
