Implantation Bleeding ??

TMI PHOTO IN COMMENTS 🗣🗣🗣🗣Help!!! I’m CD 31 (usual cycles 28-30) and I’ve been experiencing brown discharge and some pink sort of spotting for 3 days now. TMI but it has not dripped in the toilet which is what usually happens on my period.

The first 2 days of this I had absolutely no usual AF cramps. Only dull back pressure. As of this morning, I started getting some tugging on the left side and some dull cramps and pains down my left leg and shinbone BUT they’re nothing like period cramps. My cycles never ever start with days of spotting. Does this look like implantation bleeding to you ladies? And how long after implantation did you test positive. This is my 3rd Femara cycle after excision and HSG. And we BD on all my green days so a BFP is desired tremendously!
