Low progesterone/luteal phase defect?

Anyone else here with low progesterone/luteal phase defect? My bloodwork came in and it’s low again. I’m about to have to start taking progesterone again for this pregnancy and I’m seriously dreading the side effects!! Just looking for a little solidarity 💕

Yes! I had 3 miscarriages before my son in 2018 and had to take progesterone with him for the pregnancy to be successful. Just found out yesterday that I’m expecting again but it’s not common practice in Canada to prescribe progesterone so I’m anxiously waiting for Monday to find out if I’ll need it again 😬

Yes, first time pregnancy and my progesterone on my 21day test showed it was too low to ovulate.... but here we are. Can’t get into see my gyno until 7 weeks currently 5 weeks. Wish me luck!

I don’t have low levels but my OB put me on them as soon as I got a positive test just in case since I had 2 mc in the past. I have been taking it almost 2 weeks and have had zero side effects so don’t stress something that may not happen!
