Poop cramps postpartum
Anyone else cramping in the lower abdomen right before going #2? This also happened to me when I was in the 3rd trimester, so I’m not sure if I can blame it on my uterus contracting. I’m one week postpartum. Would love any insight or if this is just something that will go away eventually.
