Miscarriage ?

I didn’t get my period last month. I just got it yesterday, or so I think. My cramps were unbelievably painful. I was screaming in pain. The heat pack and 1600 mg of ibuprofen barely eased the pain. And this morning I went to change my tampon and when I peed this came out. When it came out it felt like a little water ballon. It was still in a balloon like state when it fell in the water. Please someone give feedback.

Or maybe it’s just a period? I’m not sure what this is than... again this has never happened to me before
