Could I have conceived naturally after 5 years.

I gave birth to my daughter 5 years ago and I havent conceived since then and I've been having regular unprotected sex and I havent been on any form of birth control all those years. For the first time since then my period is late this month, I'm on cycle day 44 with no sign of AF at all. Is it possible that I conceived naturally after all those years?
