Assisted hatching and IVF

Curious if any other <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> moms have experience or advice on assisted hatching? My doctor is recommending it (this will be my second egg retrieval) but I’m having a hard time seeing the overall benefits of AH and am nervous about the increase in twins! Any advice?!? Thx
