10DPO NO BFP

I’ve been trying to conceive for 9 months. Went to the fertility doctor and they ran all these test and can’t find anything wrong with me. My doc told me try to conceive this cycle, hubby and I raw dogged the entire cycle. I mean 3-4x in one day on some days. Still nothing. We already have 2 little girls. 4 & 2. We’re trying to stay on track because we said we wanted our last baby ( hopefully a boy ) to be born before our oldest turns 5. She’ll be 5 next July. We feel like we’re running out of time. Any advice ?
