I was doing some research today about castor oil alternatives and old wives tales and I came across cumin tea, which is apparently a popular alternative/old wives tale.

I couldn’t find apricot juice, but I concocted sort of my own midwives brew with cumin tea, lemon verbena tea, pineapple juice, and almond butter. Definitely doesn’t taste good but I figured I’d try something new since I’m already having some on and off contractions and lost mucus plug multiple times over the past 2 days. Can’t hurt! 🤣
