7 weeks after MC

I had a miscarriage 7 weeks ago, and got my first normal period 2 weeks after I miscarried. I’m now 6DPO and spotted brown yesterday at 5DPO and my breasts are sore. What do you think this is? Has anyone else gotten this before post miscarriage? Is it hormonal.
