Is this poop normal? Possible MSPI - Exclusively Breastfeeding

Hi Ladies I need your help! LO has slowly gotten more and more miserable over the past few weeks and I'm starting to wondet if he has a milk or soy allergy. Is this poop normal for a breastfed baby at 10 weeks old or is this mucous and something worth a doctor visit? LO is nursing approx. 10x's a day (still waking every 3 hrs at night and barely napping during the day an hour if I'm lucky), steadily gaining weight but very gassy and very unhappy (usually screams) in any position other than over my shoulder when he is awake. I feel like I can't get anything done around the house lately because he is so miserable and just wants to be held upright positions. I can't figure out what is wrong with my unhappy baby and I'm wondering if it could be my milk. Thoughts?
