Cramps

So i just found out I’m pregnant. Won’t know how far along until the 21st of next month. Last night I was in bed and started having the worst cramps? I don’t even know but it’s not like period cramps and no blood thank god. But it’s my lower stomach like where my c section scar is them my upper stomach like below my ribs and my right side of my back.

It hurts like hell. I really think as embarrassing as this is, I’m severely constipated from taking my prenatal vitamins. Anyone ever dealt with this? It just happened again and my doctor is closed now.

It literally feels like I did after my c section and I couldn’t go🙃
