I had one and I’m not doing anything differently. I think they are pretty common, sometimes people don’t even know they’ve had them. Sorry that happened to you. ❤️

I didn’t do anything differently. Chemicals aren’t really avoidable. I’ve had two, and they suck. But unless you have a minimum 3 in a row, they don’t really do testing. I’m sorry you’re going through that.

I just had one , stopped bleeding yesterday .. Im going on to next cycle still tracking my opk and hoping for the best . Baby dust to you ❤️
