7 weeks 3 days miscarriage (first pregnancy ) 😞

So unfortunately I had a miscarriage, prior to this I had my first check up and ultrasound on week 5 due to concerns of spotting light pink , so my OB told me to go in I went in got some Urine samples to make sure I was indeed pregnant , then proceeded to get some blood work done . Then went in for the ultrasound at that time we were only able to see a gestational sac and yolk sac no fetal pole , so I was sent home was told it was normal to see just that at 5 weeks and then a couple days pass by and I get my blood test results, they told me I was a bit low on my progesterone so they proscribed me 100mg of progesterone 2 pills daily every day . She then said this would hopefully stop the bleeding. Also said she would like to see me at 7 weeks which was yesterday August 26,2020 . So from the first day she proscribed me progesterone my spotting subsided and was not pink anymore but spotting continued and it was a brown color with stringy clots I would only see this spotting when I wiped After using the restroom . So I called and asked if this was normal hence her telling me bleeding would stop she then said it was ok because normally brown blood is a sign of old blood so at this point I felt relieved . At work I walk about 12 miles a day and lift anything from about 50 lbs when I would I’d feel cramping and punching in my lower abdomen so I felt it was not normal . Also at work I would spot more .😔 So back to the spotting I called the on call nurse on aug 25,2020 because I woke up and went to the bathroom as usual and I see red droplets in the toilet and on my tissue paper and as she told me a few weeks back red is never good so of course I called her and asked if everything was ok she said just watch the bleeding if it gets worst go to the Er . So I watched and only red was that morning and the rest of the day it was a rustic red mixed with a lot of brown stringy clots they weren’t big at all . So basically back to normal . So I go to my appointment and did the ultrasound and sadly we saw nothing just a lot of gunk in my uterus . So doctor says best route to go is a d&c . So today I got that done and never have I ever felt so empty 😔🥺👼🏻 Pain feels a lot like heavy period cramps . So they gave me some narcotics for pain but I personally rather just use Tylenol . Sorry for the story but just putting mine out there for any new mamas that can relate or any mamas that have gone through this to maybe shine some positivity into my life right now in this tough time . I’m just praying that I can have healthy pregnancy’s in the future 💕😞
