Warm feeling “down there”
AF was due yesterday or today, still nada. Had cramps earlier in the day but I think it’s just because I was constipated (common for me) now I feel fine but throughout the day I kept getting that random “warm” feeling down there as if AF started, I would check and there’s no CM or anything. Just random warm feelings like I’m bleeding. I’ve also been straining since I’m constipated and still nothing, no spotting, nada. Ugh, I just want to know already!
