Pumping problems
This is 30 minutes of pumping. 15 mins on each boob. This after 4 days of a very strict every 3hrs schedule. Trying to get more from my body. I was told/read my milk would come at about 5 days post labor. I'm on day 7.
I feel like I'm just wasting my time now. I dont want to give up but I dont know what to do. I live on 3 hour blocks for so little output.
