Femara works, but no pregnancy?

Have any of you not gotten pregnant even though you ovulated with femara?

Yes. We did 9 rounds of Femara (letrozole) starting October last year. At first they had me on 2.5mg and I would only ovulate some months. Then I would have to take progesterone pills to start a period. They bumped me up to 5mg in March and I got pregnant in June! My last period was June 4th, we had sex the 13th and the 17th and I found out July 2nd❤️ I also have pcos that’s why we did femara instead of clomid.

Yes- I did 3 rounds. I ovulate my own. But had 2-3 good sized follicles that released (ultrasounds fine), and didn’t get pregnant. I then did 4 rounds of Clomid, and got pregnant on the last one. But only saw one follicle, so not even sure it helped.

I did clomid 100 mg for 3 cycles. Ovulated cd 17 each time, no pregnancy. We were diagnosed male factor and were successful with ivf icsi

Yess. I did 4 rounds at 7.5mg with monitored cycles and IUi. No luck:(

Absolutely. I’m going on my 14th medicated cycle. I’ve done 6 rounds of Clomid and about to do 8th round of Femara. I ovulated numerous cycles but no pregnancy. Clomid & Femara is only for ovulation, getting pregnant is another story.

Yep! Did 5 rounds of IUI with letrozole and one round ended in early miscarriage rest failed, ovulated on all of them.

I have my beta after iui today. Im pretty sure it didn't work.  With Femara and a trigger shot. I did a trigger shot with 2 folicles at 17mm and then we did the iui 24hrs later.  Pretty sure it was all too early.  Gonna ask to wait 26 hrs after the trigger next time.

Yea, ovulated fine but didn't work. Am onto IVF now. Currently 5w along
