I miscarried in June, and during one of my check up apps I told my OB that pcos ran in my family, she asked if I had regular periods, I told her I do and she brushed it off saying that’s one of the symptoms. I’ve googled pcos and symptoms and even though I have a regular period I also have a few of the other symptoms. I haven’t found anything saying you can have PCOS and have a regular period, only things saying irregular period. My periods were very irregular until I was 20. I’m 25 now, and my periods are very regular. Can you have PCOS and still have regular periods? I know it has to be medically diagnosed but my OB brushed it off easily due to me having a regular period.

When I was pregnant I’m fairly certain ovulated late My last cycle I got a positive test on my predicted ovulation day. But I this cycle I haven’t gotten a positive and I’m on CD 19. Is it normal for ovulation to flux so much? Or maybe I’m just not going to ovulate this month.

It’s kind of heartbreaking because I’m trying but I feel like I’m trying for nothing. It’s hard to stay positive.
