HELP!!!!!

I had my son almost 3 months ago. I’ve had one period and my next is due in 9 days. I’ve been feeling light headed, dizzy, heart burn, headaches slight cramping on and off, bad anger. I took a test tonight and got this. What does it look like to you guys? Do you see a faint line? Early vap line? Please help!
